POLICIES
(PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)
- If you have any flu-like symptoms, traveled outside of Canada recently, or have been in contact with anyone with Covid-19, please reschedule otherwise you will be sent home!
- Must be 18+ years old, not pregnant or breastfeeding, and not diabetic
- NO alcohol, caffeine, and blood thinners such as Advil at least 24 hours beforehand
- Avoid any threading or waxing beforehand (it is best to grow out your brows so I can see your natural hair growth)
- Avoid Botox or fillers around forehead area for at least 2 weeks
- Avoid any types of Retinol, chemical peels, and other invasive skin treatments for at least 4 weeks
- Must be off Accutane for at least 1 year
DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required for all new bookings to secure the appointment slot.
Deposits are deducted from the total balance and the remaining balance can be paid during the appointment.
No deposit = No appointment
All deposits are non-refundable. No exceptions
TOUCH-UPS
The 1st touch-up is done 4-8 weeks after the initial appointment and HIGHLY recommended to properly layer pigment on top of the skin to reach the desired colour and darkness.
Note: Touch-up procedures can sometimes take just as long as the initial session depending on your skin.
RESCHEDULING & NO-SHOWS
If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason please inform me at least 48 hours in advance. If you are unable to attend or inform me within the given timeframe another $50 deposit will be required to rebook.
TIMELINESS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late please give me a message. Due to limited timeframes, those who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
No-shows will be considered cancellations and your deposit will be forfeited.
A rebooking fee of $50 will be applied clients more than 15 minutes late and no-show appointments.
GUESTS
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, NO guests will be permitted.
NON-VIRGIN BROWS
If you have any prior work done you MUST send me clear photos of your bare brows without makeup. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your deposit and appointment. Not all candidates are suitable for this procedure and I may not be able to work on you. Previous work should be faded significantly by about 70%, skin must not be scarred, and there must be enough room in the fronts of the brows to properly blend together the old and new shape.

This service is for new clients with virgin skin. Please read over policies before booking.

This service is for new clients who have had work done by other artists. Must send clear photos of brows and read policies before booking. To be a suitable client for this service, your brows must be faded, you are okay with going slightly thicker and darker in shape, and have minimal scarring.
$100 non-refundable deposit is required. - Lip Blush - $100

This service is for new lip blush clients and includes a complimentary 4-8 week touch up. Lip blush is suitable for those who want a sheer lip tint without wearing makeup. This technique is great to help define the lip border and make the lips appear slightly larger. $100 non-refundable deposit required
- Lip Neutralization - $100
- This service is for those with dark lips and involves neutralizing the dark tones with a corrective colour and using an end target colour. Must send photos of current lips for approval. $100 non-refundable deposit required.
- Colour Refresher Touch-up - $100

This service is for previous clients who have gotten work done by me and wish to freshen up their colour. Must have at least 50% of colour or shape left to be considered a colour refresher. Please read over policies BEFORE booking.
$100 non-refundable deposit is required.
If brows are faded more than 50% additional fees will apply - 1st Touch-up (4-12 weeks) - $75
